Hot Bragg's apple cider vinegar (ACV) soaks work really well for pain and inflammation in any joints.

Mix the ACV with enough water (half of each) to cover your hands and wrists. Heat it to a comfortably hot temperature. CAUTION: Obviously, NOT so hot you burn yourself. Work your hands, fingers, thumbs and wrists around in this mixture until it cools. Repeat as needed.

Since we spend most of our days grasping and gripping things, it's a good idea to gently stretch your fingers and thumb several times a day, especially if you use a mouse or text frequently.

Use your opposite hand to cover and hold all your fingers and thumb on one hand back and down as you bend your wrist back as far as it will go. You may be quite surprised at how uncomfortable or difficult this may be. Do this stretch for 10 to 30 seconds then switch hands. Repeat multiple times daily.
