Tight, tender muscles and/or achy joints: Bragg's apple cider vinegar (ACV) or Epsom salt soaks or compresses.
Elbow brace: Tennis Elbow Support (http://amzn.to/2w00tpZ ) or use Vet wrap (http://amzn.to/2wBZQ7Z ) or any type of elastic wrap. Both the brace and the wrap need to be just below the bones on either side of your elbow. As you use your hands and forearms, your brace or wrap may need to be loosened periodically.
